Learning Spaces:
Spacious, airy L-shaped classrooms will offer scope for varied structuring of the class. Three laboratories for the three streams of sciences are being built.
Student Accomodation:
The hostels for boys and girls are designed for 15 to 18 students each. Each hostel has within it accommodation for the House Parent.
The hostels are spacious with areas for work and play together with courtyards, and common spaces. There will be shared bathrooms and toilets in each hostel. The first year begins with two hostels, one for boys and one for girls. Further hostels will be built in a phased manner to accommodate all the children.
Staff Housing:
The teaching and administrative staff residences are built close to the hostels.
Dining Hall and Kitchen:
The circular dining hall/kitchen is an innovative structure designed to facilitate the coming together of the community. The school will use the kitchen garden facilities for growing organic food to the extent possible. The staff and students will have nutritious, balanced vegetarian food.
